Try our Pig Seasoning Recipe 

 

Ingredients:

1 Cup Olive Oil

1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Clove of Garlic (chopped)

1 Tblspn. Salt

1 Tblspn. Pepper

1 Tblspn. Oregano

1 Tblspn. Thyme

1 Tblspn. Basil

1 Tblspn. Garlic Powder

1 Tblspn. Paprika

1 Tblspn. Hot Pepper Flakes

 

Directions:

Inside the pig remove the heart, liver and kidneys. Where the ribs are, make long pockets and stuff the pockets with the chopped garlic. In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients together and stir until mixed well. This mixture should become a rust color. Rub the mixture on the inside AND outside of the pig.
